How to make cat's claw tea
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of crushed cat's claw leaves;
1 liter of water.
Way of preparing:
Combine the leaves and water in a pot or kettle;
Bring to a boil and leave on the fire for three to four minutes after it starts to boil;
Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes. Strain and serve. Do not drink more than two to three cups of tea a day.
